MM House

Casa MM is located within a gated community in Bosques Vallarta. The house is composed of two white volumes of varying heights, closed off from the street, allowing the house to open up towards an interior courtyard.
With a program distributed across three levels, the house is organized around a triple-height light well.

The façade reflects this interplay of rectangular prisms that overlap one another, creating a double-height recessed main entrance.

The house features a kitchen, living room, dining room, garden terrace, courtyard, and service quarters on the ground floor. The first floor includes the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, as well as two twin bedrooms. On the rooftop level, there is a second kitchen, a game room, and a terrace.
